EGG KHEEMA(KEEMA)

Yesterday I was thinking how I can make for my dinner.Then I have got an Idea to make egg kheema.
It was something new! and was done Perfectly!..:)
Its test too good.....! Give it a try..:) Once you try it, you'll be doing it all the time :)

Ingredients:-

1. 1 large tomato chopped fine
2. 1 large onion chopped fine
3. 4,5 sprig coriander leaves chopped
4. 1 green chili chopped
5. 1 tsp garam masala(found in any Indian store)
6. 6 eggs boiled,peeled and chopped
7. 1 tb oil
8. 2 clove ,3 black pepper,1 black cardamom,1/2 inch cinnamon stick (i.e. "khada masala" in India means"whole spices")
9. 1 tb ginger-garlic paste
10. salt to test
11. 1 tsp red chili powder+1tsp paprika(for colour)
12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Procedure:-
1. Heat oil in a pan and add whole masala.Saute for 2,3 sec.
2. Then add onion and fry 3,4 min.
3. Add green chili,ginger-garlic paste and fry another 2,3 min.
4. Add tomato and fry 5,6 min.
5.Add red chili powder,turmeric and paprika.And fry until oil start to separated.(for 7,8 min.over medium heat)
6.Add chopped egg and mix it well.7. Covered with lid and cooked just 2,3 min.over med-low heat.
8. Remove lid and add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
9. Serve hot with chappati(roti) or bread.
